No One's Debating Dems Lost. But They Can't Stop Debating If It Was A Good Loss.

Democrats in the Senate -- and their friends behind screens -- are working to spin the way the shutdown ended as a kind of win. In the same way that when the Giants lost on Sunday (going 2-8), it was kind of a win, because it shook up the team enough they fired the coach. The Dems are the Giants. That's the point.
